FORGOT YOUR DETAILS?

Your Nutritional Therapist will work with you to bring balance to your minerals. With the guidance of the HTMA chart, your therapist will create the right protocol to balance out your mineral needs.

HTMA is a very accurate way to test the mineral levels within your tissues. Minerals are needed for every single process in your body, from activation of muscles, to enzyme productions that help digest food. The human body cannot make minerals , so we must uptake them either from our diet or from our environment. The HTMA will give us a look into the levels of minerals in the tissues, the levels of toxic heavy minerals, and overall condition of the terrain within the body.

What can we learn from an HTMA Chart?

-The state of the adrenal glands and if the adrenals are in a burnout stage (assessed through the Sodium to Magnesium ratio)
-Protein utilization within the tissues (assessed through the Phosphorus levels)
-Carbohydrate tolerance/usage (indicated through the Calcium to Magnesium ratio)
-Cortisol production (indicated through the Sodium and Potassium levels)
-Utilization of Thyroid hormones at the cellular level (assessed through the Calcium to Potassium ratio)
-Male and Female hormone levels (Copper and Zinc levels and ratios give great insight into these)
-Liver health and overall state of the Detoxification Pathways
-Diabetic tendencies, kidney health, cardiovascular health, and immune state (all determined through Sodium to Potassium ratios)
-State of metabolism (Fast, Slow, or Mixed Oxidizer)
-Toxic Metal exposure (mercury, arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, Aluminum)
