Even though we offer Live Calls to kickstart each week of this program, it is not necessary to be on these calls to be successful with your 5-week Restart. All calls will be recorded and can be reviewed on your own time.
The day prior to every live call, we will send out an email where you can submit your questions for the upcoming call. If we receive an overwhelming amount of questions, we may also offer a weekly Q&A call as an extra bonus!
The Restart® Program is not just a diet, it is a lifestyle change. In this program we teach how to choose real whole foods, what foods are required for optimal energy, and to receive the most nutrients from our foods as possible. We are not setting you up to be successful for only 5 weeks, our goal is to help you make a change for the rest of your life, but in an easy and simple way!
Even though we would love to have you in this program, we do promote animal products in our food guidelines. If this is something you are against or don’t believe in, then this is probably not the program you want to invest in.
We have made our online class very easy to navigate. You will find that everything will be laid out in a nicely organized fashion, and will be simple to work through. If you have any issues whatsoever with the technical side of things, we are here to support you 100%!
You can receive a full refund up to the moment the program starts. Once the program starts, we cannot give back any refund whatsoever.
Week 1: Preparation. Learn what to expect, how to prepare for your sugar detox, and have your questions answered.
Week 2: The sugar detox begins! You will be fully supported as you go through this gentle yet powerful detox that will give your digestive system a well-deserved "vacation" from sugar. You will also learn about how digestion is supposed to work.
Week 3: This is the second week of the sugar detox! You have already begun to feel changes from getting sugar out of your diet. You will also learn more fully the effects that sugar has on your body and about proper blood sugar regulation.
Week 4: The final week of the sugar detox. By this point you will most likely be feeling renewed energy, sleeping better, experiencing less cravings, and feeling more present and focused in your life. You will also learn about healthy fats and why they are vital to good health.
Week 5: YOU DID IT! This is a time for celebration and reflection on your experiences over the past 5 weeks. You will learn how to move forward from here, making the best choices for your body.
